I sold my mother on a $5 off coupon I ripped from a magazine for $1, I told her if she bought it for $1, she was saving $4, and only paid $1. Then, once she did buy it, I said if you pay $1 more I’ll put in a second $5 off coupon…(an upsell)

That was just one of the many, many crazy “businesses” (more on that another time)
So let’s get into the REAL story
2013: I started my graphic design agency, while in school (hello 14h days!) 😫
2014: Landed a role as an unpaid sales intern at my dream nation wide sales company, in my first week, produced the most company wide sales (that was unheard of!!), was promoted to a managerial role in a WEEK…where I traveled with the Buyer & Vice President of Marketing.
That’s when I realized I could sell absolutely anything to anyone, I loved sales!
2017: I landed a massive corporate role managing Marketing & Sales teams – it was AMAZING because on one hand I was launching nation wide campaigns, and launching multiple 7 figure events…where my campaigns were present from the west to east coast
The opportunity was amazing, BUT…
Behind doors, it was a hell hole. Everyday I walked into the office I was told I wasn’t good enough…
Smart enough… Just not enough. So I made the hard decision of quitting a well-paid, secure job.
(looking back, I realize that your comfort zone is the scariest place to stay and the reason why so many of us stay where we are)
That’s when the journey began! 🎢 For a few months I continued my design agency that was solid.
But I noticed a massive problem
The amazing business owners that I was designing for were trying to make more revenue and scale their impact, and yes having a beautiful website and logo certainly made them look more professional.
They were struggling to sell, serve and attract ideal leads at scale.
Something that I did over and over for 8 and 9 figure companies for years!!
So after a couple months, I exited the design business and started my DREAM.
Empowering & equipping coaches, consultants, and professional service based business owners to tap into hyper growth at scale online.
So they can create more revenue without compromising their time!
I thought I’d be easy to sell my services since I was so good at sales (oh how wrong I was)
Like any successful person, I know I needed a mentor to fast track my journey
2018: I just invested $6,000 into a program that I thought would change my life…
I was booking sales calls.. Call after call… After call… After call…
7 months later, I had $100 to my name.
Plus, to make matters worse,
I did over 165 consults before closing a client.
Oh yeah, and she called me 24h later to tell me she couldn’t go through with the commitment.
So, I was knee-deep in debt ready to throw in the towel.
I felt like a total failure. I felt like I would never make this business thing work. Although I had $100 to my name, I invested $20,000 on a credit card to yet another program…
I knew I had 30 days to pay off the card, but was going to do whatever it took (mowing lawns, babysitting, picking up another side gig)…
The 99% of things people aren’t willing to do or are scared to do to live like the 99% never will…
So, I made the scariest decision of my life and took a risk on myself.
Everyday, I worked on myself, my mindset & worked recklessly with my mentor, Then something kinda strange happened.
I rewatched over 300 consults…
(I wish I was kidding.) And I noticed something, this weird, strange pattern.
Where in the first 3-7 minutes they would basically tell me what the objection on the call would be. So, I tested something..
Something I’ve never done before, and in 4 days I made $20,000!!, Looking back, that was a tiny win but in the moment. I was like, “HOLLLLY CRAPPP!!! What on earth did I do right?!”
So, I tested it again, Then again, and made $50k in a week. I thought, it must be me…. Maybe it’s just something that I’m doing. So, I asked an entrepreneur friend if we could try something and she got the exact same results.
That first year in business I brought in $220k cash-in-bank sales!
Then, I started growing my team… Brought in consistent scalable revenue… $10k months, 20k months, 50k, 100k, 160k months, etc. and now I teach my clients how to do the same.
Just like this, Darla a client of mine on our first call said her goal was to make $47,000 in sales per month, and she made it in her first week of working together
